20-Metamo-12?
Hell yes, 20-Metamo-12, but what is it??

Founded on the belief that it takes only 30 days to form a new habit I have challenged myself to see how many new habits I can instill in myself in the year of 2012.  I want to try for at least six new, positive, wonderful habits to make my life better for ME.

Here is a list of things that I want to try for this year:

1. Permanently improve my diet.  I am wanting to try to move my diet to at least 50% raw / whole foods

2. Exercise 3x weekly

3. Blog weekly

4. Create something beautiful at least once a month

5. Stop using plastic bags

6. Meditate daily

7. Juice every day
